Created by Les Frères Bernard at the Fromagerie Sainte Godeleine since 1990, Écume de Wimereux is a soft cheese that pays homage to the coastal town of Wimereux on France’s Côte d’Opale. This artisanal cheese is crafted from raw cow’s milk enriched with cream, resulting in a double-cream delicacy that appeals to the most discerning palates.

The cheese features a delicate white to ivory rind with a fine downy surface. Its interior is soft and creamy, offering a mild, melting sensation on the palate with a subtle hint of salt that becomes more pronounced as the cheese matures. The aroma is gently reminiscent of fresh cream, enhancing its overall appeal.
