With origins dating back to the Middle Ages, this cheese is named after the highest pic of the Jura mountains. This one is the only Farmhouse Mont d’Or in the world. We recommend to eat this AOP cheese raw, but of course it’s also wonderful baked in oven. Smooth, creamy with hints of oak.
