Fishers Fifty Gin

After growing up amidst the shingle beaches, untouched salt marshes, and untamed meadows of Aldeburgh, our Founder, Andrew Heald, embarked on a journey to capture the unique essence and coastal charm of this remarkable place. It was in 2016 that we introduced our inaugural Gin, known as Fishers Original. Distilled overlooking Aldeburgh’s iconic shingle beach and handcrafted using only the finest selection of locally foraged wild herbs and coastal botanicals, the Fishers Fifty was created to captures the distinctive character of the North Sea and the Suffolk salt marshes.

Alongside classic London Dry gin botanicals like juniper, cardamom and citrus, you’ll find spignel, rock samphire, wood aven and bog myrtle. A wonderful taste of the Suffolk coast, an herbal and savoury taste with a peppery spice and pine aroma.

Delicious to drink on its own. You can also try it with classic tonic water and a twist of citrus for a refreshing gin and tonic.
