An all-inclusive package
Always imitated but never equaled! That’s how the Fondue Michel is known around Annecy. Created 25 years ago by the Michel family, this fondue is composed of 3 cheeses: Comté Extra, Swiss Gruyère, and Beaufort Chalet d’alpage. Garlic, wine, and Cepes mushrooms are then added to the mix to create its distintive taste. How to use it? Put the fondue mix into a caquelon (or small pot) and melt it over a slow fire stirring constantly – it in a 8 movement with your spoon. When the Fondue starts melting, you can add an extra taste with 2cl of Kirsh. Prepare a bread basket to dip into your fondue and to enjoy!
Cheese Club tips: add a small piece of Appenzeller or Vacherin Fribourgeois to the mix, it will make this mix even more unctuous.
