  • It features a Breton shortbread (Sablé breton) base, white chocolate & vanilla Chantilly cream, homemade Chestnut cream and inserts of blackcurrant jam.
  • Fun fact: There’s a Shanghainese version of the Mont Blanc created by a German pastry chef and which became a staple food in Shanghai under the unassuming name “li zi dan gao” or chestnut cake.
