Native to Central Asia, Garlic has been used as seasoning all over the world for thousands of years. A close relative of onions, shallots and leek, White Garlic has approximately 7 to 12 cloves wrapped around a hard, central stalk. Garlic can be used whole, chopped, crushed, or minced. It is most often used fresh, though it is ideal for roasting. One clove of White Garlic can flavour an entire recipe.
