Laiteire de la Voueze has been a dairy in existence for six decades. They produce their cheeses through traditional methods, placing special emphasis on the quality of ingredients, notably by utilizing fresh whole milk sourced from local producers.
Lactic curd cheese made with thermised milk at Laiteire de la Voueize, aged for 20 days, and carefully tended to by hand. The addition of figs and nuts imparts an original and delightful character to this cheese.

Perfect for pairing with a white wine like Apremont from Savoie, this cheese makes a fantastic addition to any cheese platter.
