Laiteire de la Voueze has been a dairy in existence for six decades. They produce their cheeses through traditional methods, placing special emphasis on the quality of ingredients, notably by utilizing fresh whole milk sourced from local producers.
Lactic curd cheese made with thermized milk at Laiteire de la Voueize, aged for 20 days, and carepiecey tended to by hand. A layer of Mascarpone blended with peppercorns has been incorporated into the center of the cheese.
The flavour of the pepper blends exceptionally well with white wine. This cheese makes a fantastic addition to any cheese platter.
Keep in the refrigerator and consume before the best-before date for the best freshness and flavour.
