Sublima grapes are a variety of the Apirena grapes, which were grown and appreciate by pharaons in Egypt, kings in Babylon and in the Greek society. It was then diffused around the Mediterranean sea. The Sublima variety appeared in 1966 thanks to the work of the French National Institute for Agronomic Research.
The special feature of this grape is that it is seedless. The size of the fruit also makes it a perfect table grape. The berries have a crisp flesh and aromatic taste. Those refreshing grapes have a yellow-green rind.
These grapes are ideal for desserts. You can also enjoy them as a snack.
Place in a refrigerator at between 0 and 10 °C. Sublima grapes can be kept for 10 to 15 days.”
