The Sweetie White variety from Israel is known for its bright colored pulp, it has an oval shape with a thicker rind and is known for its juiciness and sweetness.
Grapefruits are categorized as white, pink, and ruby, based on their flesh color. The flavour is sweet and juicy. Grapefruit is an excellent source of vitamin C, a vitamin that helps to support the immune system, helping to reduce cold symptoms.
