This halloumi showcases a firm profile, adorned with refreshing hints of citrus, mint, and grass. Its reduced salt content allows for a more nuanced and balanced flavour, allowing the cheese’s natural qualities to shine.

This halloumi pairs exceptionally well with fresh Mediterranean ingredients. Serve it grilled alongside ripe tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, and garnished with fresh basil for a classic and refreshing appetizer.

After opening, store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
