Meticulously chosen ham artisans, Serrano hams embody the outcome of top-notch raw ingredients and an age-old, unhurried, and meticulous curing procedure.
Traditionally crafted cured ham, with an aromatic depth, boasts a delicate flavour profile featuring subtle savoury notes, a lingering mouthfeel, and a perfectly balanced texture. This entire leg undergoes a minimum of 12 months of aging in natural cellars for optimum quality.
Jamón Serrano pairs very well with a red wine. Serving it alongside olives and crusty bread creates a perfect, authentic tapas experience.
Once cut, keep the sliced ham at room temperature and the remaining leg in a cool, dry place. Consume the sliced ham within a few weeks for the best flavour and texture.
