Produced by monks in the Aubrac area since the 12th century, Laguiole Grand Aubrac is an exceptional seasonal cheese produced only during the grazing period. The milk produced by the cow fresh grass diet is rich, floral, and buttery with a hint of dry hazelnut aroma. The large and heavy wheel of Laguiole is definitely a cheese that will thrill the tastebuds of cheese amateur with its intense fragrance and its long lasting flavour in mouth.
Wine Pairing:
Red wines (Saint-Estephe, Pomerol),
White wine (Vouvray, Condrieu),

A unique cheese with evident freshness and buttery notes. Good one to pair with fresh grapes
