Trained by Piedmont legend Beppe Colla, Diego established Conterno-Fantino in 1982. Rich and potent yet utterly suave in perfume and flavour, wines across the board are made naturally, fermented on indigenous yeasts in neutral cement tanks and aged in traditional large oak cask.
Ruby red in colour, with a floral and fruity bouquet marked by notes of violet, strawberry, and cherry. On the palate, it expresses piecey ripe fruit and a good balance of tannins.

Old Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, Moliterno with Truffles, Italian and Iberico cold cuts.
