Similar to Parmigiano, Leonardo Al Tartufo is an Italian cheese made from raw cow’s milk.
Leonardo is aged for a few months and has a rustic appearance and a crumbly lactic centre. Its paste releases a delicate scent of summer truffle which is sprinkled on the curd before molding the cheese.
