For me the flavour here is too “rustic” for want of a better term – the paprika and olive oil marinade was borderline unpleasant – maybe I got an off batch or something. This wasn’t what I expected at all.

I just tried this Lomito Cebo De Campo. Have been in the fridge for a while w/o opening it, but today we opened it, and it is very tasty. It has more taste than a lot of similar products.

Intense favour though without the fat, aroma-wise is less than those ham slices, but it’s a good value for a cold cut
