Longanizas is a spanish dry sausage very similar to Chorizo, but the difference is that Longanizas is prepared from ground pork shoulders while the Chorizo is made from freshly minced meat.
Made with Iberian pork, the red colour of the sausage comes from a delicious mix of Seville orange juice, cayenne powder and paprika.
Perfect to share as tapas with a glass of Rioja!
