This semi-soft cheese is made from pasteurized sheep’s milk and is renowned for its creamy texture and mild, buttery flavour. Named after the iconic butterfly logo of the Papillon dairy, Margalet cheese undergoes a meticulous aging process to develop its unique taste and aroma.
It is often enjoyed on its own, accompanied by crusty bread or crackers, or incorporated into various recipes.

Wonderful sheep cheese. Looks like brie but cut out the milkiness of brie and more savory. Adore this so much! Great new cheese
