Invented in 1880, the oldest Corsican liqueur, it is made according to the original recipe of Louis Napoleon Mattei, a blend of aromatic plant distillates and a double distillation of the best Corsican citrons. Cedratine has an exquisite aroma and taste that leaves the taster’s palate with the most pleasant scents.
The Cédrat is a rare citrus fruit, it can only develop all its subtleties in a climate as lenient and mild as that of Corsica where it was introduced by the Cap-Corsin navigators. “Cédratine” is a trademark registered by Maison L.N.
