The Pâté en Croûte Richelieu Duck Traiteur is the promise of an authentic gastronomic journey. Handcrafted by master charcutiers using traditional recipes, this “Richelieu” style pâté en croûte stands out with its flavorful filling, enhanced by generous marinated duck fillets and a medallion of duck mousse surrounded by mushrooms. Its all-Saindoux pastry, golden and crisp, encases all the flavours of the French terroir.
Ideal for a refined meal, this pâté en croûte is best enjoyed cold as a starter, accompanied by a green salad. For a different experience, warm it slightly in the oven to restore the crispness of its pastry. A regional product made with meat from France and the EU, packaged in vacuum-sealed slices to preserve all its freshness.
