Poultry Merguez are a sausage variety inspired by North African culinary traditions, made from high-quality poultry meat and a signature blend of warm, aromatic spices. This leaner take on the classic merguez retains its bold character while offering a lighter alternative to the traditional lamb version.

With their deep red colour, spicy aroma, and juicy texture, these merguez sausages stand out in any dish. The flavour is both intense and balanced, combining paprika, cumin, and chili with a satisfying meatiness. Ideal for grilling or pan-frying, they also integrate well into stews or tagines for a warming meal.

Pair with: Patrimoniu AOP, Domaine Montemagni, Menhir Rouge. This Corsican red wine offers a structured body and spicy black fruit notes that complement the heat and depth of the merguez, while its fresh finish keeps the pairing vibrant and balanced.
