Remarkable find! One of the standout features of this product is that it comes chilled, not frozen. This makes a significant difference in both texture and flavor, allowing the spices and the natural juices of the beef and lamb to shine through. As someone living in Hong Kong, where authentic Merguez can be quite challenging to find, this product is a true gem.
