It tastes rich but not pungent as a sheep cheese. My kid loves it and it matches well with grapes. Love to know that it’s organic too. Just the size is not as big as I imagine.

It melted in the fridge. Somehow the taste altered a bit due to the melting.

This is quite a nice soft sheep milk cheese. Melting a little even at fridge temperature; the flavour is “sheepy”, pleasant (not too intense) and pairing very nicely with a Greco di Tufo dry minerally wine.
