From Aramits, this cheese is a cheese of character, this cheese made of sheep’s milk is refined in high mountains, in the salting tub of Soudet. Characterised by its washed orange rind, it has a firm but mellow texture with very typical and pronounced floral aroma, and a lingering flavour.
