Mosciame di Tonno, often referred as the ‘Bresaola di mare’, is naturally cured tuna meat, considered a delicacy in the Ligurian territory.
It has an intense taste, soft and salty at the same time. Matured for at least one month, it has strong earthy almost yeasty notes on the palate.
It is usually served cut into thin slices, with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
Just add a drizzle of fresh lemon juice before eating!
