This exquisite wine pairs naturally with Oysters Super Spéciales M N°3 and Fines de Claire Marennes Olerons N°2 from Jérôme Miet, renowned for their exceptional quality and briny flavour. We also added Organic Verna Lemons from Spain to bring a zesty brightness to the oysters’ natural flavours.
