O Mouro is a soft paste cheese made with raw cow milk from the Spanish region Galicia and matured for more than 2 months.
This cheese is soft and creamy, tender, and elastic with a mild flavour of fresh milk with hints of yogurt and cream.
Its particularity lies in its natural and edible rind, of a warm brown tone, which was soaked in a coffee and cinnamon bath, giving it a very pleasant aroma that combines perfectly with the delicate lactic aroma of its paste. A succulent treat for the Cheese Lovers!
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within 2 weeks.
