These dried organic apricots from Turkey are grown naturally in the sun, cut in half, dried for 8 to 10 days, then washed and naturally dried again. Natural unsulphured dried apricots differ from sulphured ones as they display a light to dark brown colour.

Oh wow these are good! Why would anyone buy dried fruit with sugar/salt/preservatives/whatever when the pure simple fruit is this good? So moreish!
