Originally from Piedmont in Italy, Panacotta is one of the most famous Italian dessert. Panacotta meaning ‘cooked cream’, is made from a mixture of cream, milk and sugar, to which gelatine is added after boiling.
In this version, the raspberry syrup adds a fresh texture and a fruity aroma to creamy and smooth dessert.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within the recommended expiration date.
