This Piquillos Pate is produced by Maison Montauzer, a family business founded in 1946 by René Montauzer. Specialized in artisanal charcuterie, it is perpetuated from generation to generation by producing quality products. Always attached to its traditional values, Montauzer aims to perpetuate the authentic taste of its terroir. This Piquillos Pate is made in Guiche, a small village in Pyrenees-Atlantiques.
Pate is a french traditional recipe made of a combination of various minced meat, vegetables, and seasonings. This one is made from bacon, liver and pork throat. In addition, this pate is associated with piquillos, which are peppers roasted over a wood fire. They bring a unique taste to this product
