Coppa boasts a tender yet firm texture with a rich, savoury taste highlighted by subtle notes of garlic, pepper, and Corsican wild herbs. Its delicate marbling gives it a melt-in-the-mouth quality, making it a prized delicacy.
Pair with Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux AOC, L’Hêtre, 2018. The wine’s bright acidity and ripe red fruit complement the coppa’s savoury richness and herbal nuances perfectly.
