In the 19th century, in the Dauphiné, on celebration days, “ravioleuses” (the women who cooked them) went from house to house to offer square ravioli, a small thin pastry stuffed with cheese. One of them, Mother Maury, put these Ravioles on the menu of her café. The success was immediate and Raviole du Dauphine became popular.

Ravioles du Dauphiné with Basil, another creation from La Mère Maury, is a flavourful twist on the classic ravioles. Filled with Comte AOP and aromatic basil, giving them a delicious, herbaceous taste.

Serve with a simple tomato sauce or a drizzle of olive oil for a satisfying meal.
Store in the refrigerator and consume within the recommended expiration date.

How to eat?

Eat as a main or as a side. Very easy to prepare, add them in simmering water and wait for 1 minute. Can be frozen for longer preservation.
