I like these very much. Perpared as suggested – 90-100 seconds in boiling water – and then dressed simply with butter. The andouilette flavour is strong but pleasant (and not over-powering in the way that some andouilette can be in France). The texture is good. This is such a great simple dish to have sitting in the freezer. I shall be getting more in!
