The Cappelletti is a kind of smaller tortellini. Well-know as a traditional speciality, Ravioliare Italian dumplings made with fresh pastas. These Cappelletto are filled with a fine italian ham.
Delicious and very soft, they can be enjoyed in different ways. Try them seasoned with Bolognese sauce or with melted butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano or in vegetable broth with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.
