Covered in golden raisins that are macerated in Mirabelle and Marc de Bourgogne. The association with raisins makes it a fine and gourmet cheese with a tangy and milky taste. With its melting and fresh texture this triple cream is an amazing dessert cheese.

Obsessed with this cheese, almost like a rich cheesecake, feels Christmassy but definitely a hit all year around. We love bringing this as guests to a dinner party even though it doesn’t travel well (looks pretty bad after being banged around a bit).
