A white wine with exceptional fruitiness, structure & wood from the high plateaus of the Ribera del Duero.
The nose is intense and complex with light notes of ripe tropical fruits, white fruits & wood. The final touch is provided by herbs such as fennel, anise or chamomile.
On the palate it is surprisingly fresh, well integrated, balanced, good acidity, good structure with a lingering finish.
The structure is ideal to pair with scrambled eggs, dishes in sauce or even smoked fish.
