Riberiego cheese is made from the milk of a carefully selected livestock of Spanish local and regional herds with a specific grazing regime, resulting in a high quality milk. Its buttery paste is complemented by genuine aromas and tastes typical from the raw sheep milk with an aftertaste in which arise slight acid and salty nuances with a well-defined black pepper aroma and flavour.
