Cheese Type: Uncooked, Unpressed soft cheese
Born in the Italian part of the Alps, Robiola Stagionata, or seasoned Robiola has a straw yellow or reddish rind, slightly wrinkled, with the presence of a natural flowering of mold. White and creamy, it has a soft dough and slightly compact consistency as it ages. It features a strong and intense flavour with a marked spicy hints as it matures.
Perfect on your cheeseboard with a sweet dark cherry jam.
