Also known as Cabecou or Cabecou de Rocamadour, this small raw goat milk cheese was first produced in the village that bears the same name in the Lot department. Creamy, nutty, and sometimes with hints of strong caprine flavour, AOC Rocamadour is ideal to put on toasted bread with a beetroot salad.
