The Roll of Provence is produced in the Alpes de Haute-Provence by a limited number of farmers who respect tradition by grazing their herd of goats on the plateaus where we find all the fragrant herbs of Provence: thyme, rosemary, Sage, etc…
With its sprig of thyme on it, this cheese gives off typical Provençal aromas. Its paste is white and creamy. A summer delight, to be enjoyed with a fresh rosé from Provence!
Store it in the fridge for up to its best-by date.
