From the Fromagerie d’Auxon, this new trendy recipe creates a soft and creamy cow’s milk cheese that has been aged with a Rosé Champagne wine giving the particular pink colour to its rind as well as its mildly nutty and yeasty flavour. Brings colour to your cheese platter!

    This cheese was practically melting when I took it out of the fridge. A fun one to serve to guests as the colour is special. Great with wafer thin crackers, and quince paste.
