The recipe, patiently developed and carefully guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy. It has been reworked with Maison Sassy two Michelin-starred chefs to satisfy the most demanding palates and give pleasure to those who taste it. Made from 100% Normandy sweet & acidulous cider apples (18 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy.

A well-balanced cidre with fruit aromas and light acidity for a round mouthfeel and long lasting finish.

Best enjoyed as an apéritif and alongside sorbet or pastry desserts.
