This savoyard domaine is born out of the passion of its founder, Jean-Francois Marechal. In 1989, at only 18, Jean-Francois bought its first vineyard parcels and started to create its own traditional Savoie wines. From the vine to the bottle, everything is handled on-site in respect of traditions and environment.
Its pale yellow dress with silver hue opens on a citrusy and white fruits nose with exotic hints (mango). Round and gourmet on the palate, the ripe pears and acacia honey takes the lead. A supple and well balanced wine.

1 review for Roussette de Savoie AOC, Altesse de Beauregard, Domaine Maréchal, 2021
Paul C –
(I’m afraid that for my palate at least, this is quite different from the tasting notes)
My first rousette, and this is an extraordinary for my palate… the nose is floral, a little minerality; on the palate there is an intense note of violets, with moderate acidity, and some minerals appearing in the finish – but it’s those violets that really linger.
I can’t recall ever having a wine which was so dominated by a single readily identifiable flower. It’s not unpleasant, although the intensity makes it a sipper rather than a quaffer, but it’s a little hard to see a good pairing for this.
