The Salford Rum Company commemorates the rich history, legacy, and community of Salford Docks during the late 1800s and early 1900s. In this period, Salford Docks emerged as the third-largest port in the United Kingdom, playing a significant role in the importation of Caribbean rums, fruits, and spices, among other industrial goods. Their rum undergoes a small-batch distillation process, followed by infusion with an array of fruits and spices. It is then carepiecey filtered and individually hand-bottled.
This rum presents itself as a splendid, silky honey-infused spirit with its inherent natural sweetness and floral nuances. It boasts a harmoniously balanced flavour profile characterized by notes of honeycomb, caramel and butterscotch.
