This exquisite blend features agricole and molasses rums sourced from Marie Galante, Guadeloupe, and the Dominican Republic, all carepiecey matured in American Bourbon oak barrels or French Bordeaux oak barrels. Infused with the rich heritage of Saint-Martin, this rum is a tribute to the history of this Caribbean jewel.
The aroma presents toasted and woody nuances, accompanied by candied fruits and caramel. On the palate, one can discern hints of cocoa, licorice, and a subtle touch of beeswax. The finish is marked by a delicate hint of cinnamon and candied fruits.
