Cheese Type: Uncooked, Unpressed soft cheese with washed rind
Wissant is situated on the Opale Coast which is a small balnear station caracterised by its sand beach. Inspired by the sand beach, the producers decided to create this small cow milk washed rind cheese. Coated with breadcrusts and washed with White Wissant beer, that has as fresh coriander and orange notes. At the opposite of its cousine Maroilles, the Sablé de Wissant is creamy and delicate. Milky and brioche toast notes.
