From Johnny Blanc, a cheese dairy that has produced only goat cheeses for more than thirty years, Saint-Denis does it proud. It has a supple texture and an extremely melting paste. It is soft and strong at the same time with a well marked character. Creamy, without acidity and very fragrant, it looks so much like the emblematic Saint-Nectaire, but in goat version. It is a pure delight.
