From Cavalier Umberto Boschi, an Italian family company founded in 1922, Salame Abruzzese is a typical cured sausage from Abruzzo, Central-Southern Italy region.
Salame Abruzze is produced using only finely ground selected lean pork and masterly seasoned and dry-cured in a little metal cage to give its typical flat shape. It has a delicate flavour with a hint of pepper. A must try for Italian food lovers!
