The Ile de Ré Fine Salt is made from the coarse Ile de Ré sea salt, harvested manually by the salt workers, according to traditional ancestral methods. This quality salt is 100% natural and contains no additives.
The salt workers also had the good idea of adding organic herbs (parsley, garlic, onion, coriander, tarragon, chives) to flavour the salt and at the same time your plates.
The salt shaker allows easy use, from your kitchen to your table and will allow you to decorate all your dishes. Recommendations: To preserve the freshness of this herbal salt, keep it in the fridge.
