Basic cooking instructions
Pan-sear sliced or whole txistora in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally until beautifully browned and sizzled.
Depending on your preference, you can also grill on the BBQ the sausages over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp and lightly charred, or simmer them directly in your favorite soups, stews, or warm piperade for 10 minutes so the rich oils infuse into the entire dish.
